Please do not CLOG our sewer system with FOG.  FOG is a combination of Fats, Oils, and Grease, including oil, fat, lard, meat drippings, sauces, butter, shortening, dairy, mop water, machine and cosmetic oils.

Do not pour liquid fats, oils, or grease into sinks.  Pour grease and used cooking oil into a sealable can and place it in the trash when full.
